With Identiti.in’s 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the Shipping date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- You just have to email info@identiti.in giving the order no.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and an A/c payee cheque will be sent to you within 2 weeks.
- The 30 day return policy is valid only for orders booked on the Website and for Mail Order Catalogue only for Apartment and Door Plates.
