Terms and Conditions
We endeavour to dispatch goods within 2 weeks of payment clearance or artwork
approval whichever is later. Where it is unlikely that an order can be dispatched
within 2 weeks; you will be advised by phone or e-mail and offered the options to
either continue to wait, cancel or amend your order. No Compensation or liability
can be accepted for failure to supply or late delivery.
Guarantee and Returns Policy
All goods are covered by a One month manufacturers guarantee. Guarantee Conditions:
This does not extend to accidental damage, loss, contamination, tampering, impact,
or misuse etc., You are advised to personally insure your valuable equipment against
accidental damage.
Returning Goods
Unless by prior and special arrangement: Unwanted
goods will not be accepted back since all the products are custom made according
to the customers requirements. |
